When was the last time you truly rested? I’m not talking about zoning out on Netflix or grabbing a few hours of sleep between endless tasks. I mean the kind of rest that restores your spirit, recharges your creativity, and lets you reconnect with yourself.

Here’s where the third Intentional Principle, Recharge, comes in. We live in a culture that glorifies constant motion, but here’s the thing—rest isn’t just an escape. It’s a power move. In fact, studies have shown that strategic rest can enhance creativity by up to 60%.
